Jordan was drawn to the company’s aerospace focus and its investment in young talent. His role as Team Leader involves overseeing production, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.
One of the aspects that Jordan values most about LIBERTY is the company’s commitment to employee development. Through various training programmes, Jordan has been able to enhance his skills and knowledge, setting him up for a successful career.
As a Team Leader, Jordan also plays a crucial role in mentoring younger apprentices. He shares his knowledge and experience, helping them develop their skills and prepare for successful careers in engineering.

James Tangney, Process Engineer started at our Aluminium site in Lochaber, Scotland, as a summer intern and progressed through his career to become a Process Engineer.
He talks about his life changing injury which left him paralysed from his shoulders down. He explains how the business supported him and how that support contributed to his positive attitude and resilience which in turn made it possible for him to go back to work.
