Launch your career with the LIBERTY Galați Graduate Programme, which is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in sustainable steel.
If you are a recent university graduate in in the fields of Automation, IT, Electricity, Mechanics, Metallurgy or Finance, and are passionate about innovation and sustainability, take the next step with LIBERTY Galati’s Graduate Programme.
This is a two-year programme that brings together 30 recent graduates from technical universities near Galati, equipping them with the skills and experience to excel in technical and leadership roles. This is an opportunity for driven graduates who want to:
- Gain hands-on experience working alongside industry experts and mentors in a varied and supportive environment.
- Explore different disciplines through working in several areas of the company, building a well-rounded understanding of the company’s operations.
Programme Structure
- First year: Build your foundation with LIBERTY mentors, gaining essential skills and industry insights. Deepen your expertise through specialist-led training and hands-on practice in key professional roles.
- Second year: Prepare for leadership with career development initiatives, performance management training, 360-degree feedback, and participation in the Leadership Academy courses.
